Aussom Aussie's Team makeup

1. A nucleus of very seasoned veterans usually 10 Plus years experience.
2. A support crew of Aussies that have completed many BBQ rodeo's - typically not contest virgins.
3. A  Charity organization that donates their time for 'Their Cause" and are in for a fun time.
4. Usually the odd one or two BBQ Contest rookies that are readying for the challenge of a lifetime.
5. And at least ONE diehard attempted retiree that just cant get the "SAUCE & SPICE" from their veins.
