Aussom Aussie's Australian BBQ Team will be competing in the USA this season at these locations below. Come by and catch "A taste of Australia" and try some real southern BBQ. Say G''day, chat with the grill crew or my mates loading the smoker and tell us what you love about barbecue. The greatest challenge in competing at the national contest level is the fact that you have to serve your customers and keep them happy while trying to prepare the best competition product that you can turn in. Often most events require 60 - 80 single ribs or 4 - 8 full slabs and we will prepare at least double the required amount to ensure consistency.
